On November 18, 2018 ; Carolyn Glauber Sibley; 94 of Parkville, Maryland; a member of Ascension Lutheran Church and a current member of the Protestant Community of Oak Crest Village; a Lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Towson Chapter #70; beloved wife of the late Robert F. Sibley, Sr.; devoted mother of Carole Russell and her husband Lee, Fred Sibley and his wife Maggie of Charlottesville, Va.; loving grandmother of Christopher Russell of Ocean City, Maryland and Curtis Russell of Myrtle Beach, SC; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, Boumi Shrine, 5050 King Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21237. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.evansfuneralchapel.com
